Cancellation ends your subscription. It differs from withdrawing from a purchase during the cooling-off period.

During the initial 12 months

The first paid period is a fixed 12-month period. You can cancel during that year; cancellation then takes effect at the end of the initial paid period. Paid access remains active until that exact date and no new annual payment follows.

After the first year

After the first automatic renewal, cancellation takes effect immediately. SurfBerichtje stops further payments and access and automatically refunds the unused part of a prepaid renewal year pro rata by calendar day.
