An online subscription generally comes with a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from confirmation of the agreement. Withdrawal reverses the purchase during that period; no reason is required.

SurfBerichtje starts immediately after payment at your separate request. That request does not automatically remove your withdrawal right. Under its customer-friendly policy SurfBerichtje refunds the full initial amount paid for a valid withdrawal within 14 days.

Cancellation is a separate process for ending an ongoing subscription.
